Millettia speciosa Improve Muscle Soup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash all ingredients with water and drain.
2. Buy 12 taels (450g) of Pork rib or Pork shank and cut into piece, wash and drain.
3. Bring to boil for 3 liter of water. Add all the ingredients and cook on high for 30 minutes. Then turn to medium flame and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, add some salt for tasting & serve.
Remark: Use half of chicken to replace the Pork rib.
Ingredients: Sweet date, Millettia speciosa, Vigna umbellate, Dolichos lablab, Pearl barley (Cereals contain Gluten), Glabrous Greenbrier.
Cordyceps sinensis Wolfberry Soup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash all ingredients with water and drain.

Ficus hirta & Whelk Soup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Mixed 1 tea-spoon of salt with about 150ml water, stir and soak the Ficus hirta for 20 minutes.
2. Wash all other ingredients with water and drain.
3. Buy 12 taels (450g) of Pork rib or Pork shank and cut into piece, wash and drain.
