GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SOGO REWARDS DAYS PROMOTION

  1. The SOGO Rewards Days promotion period runs from 21 March 2025 (Friday) to 6 April 2025 (Sunday), both dates inclusive.
  2. This promotion is valid for the SOGO Causeway Bay store, SOGO Kai Tak store and eStore (hereafter, "SOGO").
  3. All promotion offers are valid only for SOGO Rewards Members (hereafter, "Members"). In order for transactions to be valid for this promotion, Members must present the membership number on the membership card in the SOGO Rewards mobile app or WeChat mini program or log into the eStore for verification before rendering payment.
  4. Regarding the “SOGO 40th Anniversary Rewards”:
    1. Members with both the digits “4” and “0” in their SOGO Rewards membership numbers can purchase a $50 SOGO eCash Coupon at special price of $40, at SOGO CLUB 16/F, SOGO Causeway Bay store, or Redemption Counter, 9/F SOGO Kai Tak store. Each eligible Member can purchase maximum 2 eCash Coupons only. Quota is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the eCoupon.
    2. Customers who successfully register as new Member can receive a “SOGO 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Coffee Redemption eCoupon”. With the eCoupon, members can redeem a SOGO 40th Anniversary Limited Edition coffee at La Serene Caffè, 11/F, SOGO Causeway Bay store (for takeaway only; spend $90 or above for dine-in) or SOGO Café, 1/F, SOGO Kai Tak store. Quota is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the eCoupon.
    3. Members can make reservations for member-exclusive experiences/workshops through the SOGO Rewards mobile app/WeChat mini program. For reservation details and terms, please refer to the “Event” section of the SOGO Rewards mobile app.
  5. Regarding the "Triple Welcome Rewards":
    1. During SOGO Rewards Days, customers who successfully register as Members can receive 10 Rewards Dollars (i.e. 2,000 SOGO Rewards points). Newly registered Members can earn 15 Rewards Dollar (i.e. 3,000 SOGO Rewards points) upon accumulated net purchase of $1,500 (maximum 2 sales memos) on the same day, or earn 50 Rewards Dollars (i.e. 10,000 SOGO Rewards points) upon accumulated net purchase of $5,000 (maximum 2 sales memos) on the same day at SOGO in-store.
    2. Upon registration as new Member with existing Member's referral code, both the referrer and referee can earn 10 Rewards Dollars (i.e. 2,000 bonus points). Each existing Member can earn a maximum of 20 Rewards Dollars referral bonus (i.e. 4,000 bonus points).
    3. The "Triple Welcome Rewards" is only applicable to new SOGO Rewards TSUBAKI, AJISAI and KIKU Members who register during the promotion period. (YURI Beauty Card Members and HIMAWARI Parent Club Card Members are excluded).
    4. Existing Members cannot enjoy these rewards when they upgrade to AJISAI or KIKU membership. These rewards will not be included in the welcome offers.
    5. Each eligible new Member can enjoy the " Triple Welcome Rewards" once only, for a maximum of 90 Rewards Dollar (i.e. 18,000 SOGO Rewards points).
    6. These bonus points will be credited to eligible Members' SOGO Rewards accounts within 48 hours after the transaction closes. Members can log into their SOGO Rewards mobile app or WeChat mini program and check the point updates by clicking the Point Balance.

  6. Regarding the "Up to 20X SOGO Rewards Points" offer:
    1. 2X SOGO Rewards Points throughout the stores: Upon specified eligible spending at SOGO during the promotion period, Members will earn 2X SOGO Rewards Points (1X Basic Point and 1X Extra Point). Eligible SOGO Rewards Points will be credited to Members' accounts within 48 hours after the transaction closes.
    2. Extra SOGO Rewards Points with Designated Brand Spending: Members can earn 6X, 8X, 12X or 18X extra SOGO Rewards Points upon specified eligible spending on designated brands. Eligible extra points will be credited to Members' accounts within 48 hours after the transaction closes.
  7. Regarding “Exclusive Privileges for Selected Members:
    1. Additional 1X SOGO Rewards Points at SOGO Causeway Bay store, SOGO Kai Tak store and SOGO eStore: During promotion period, eligible spending amount by KIKU or above tier Members can earn 3X SOGO Rewards points (including basic point(s) and 2X bonus points). 2X points will be credited to Members' accounts within 48 hours after the transaction closes, while the remaining 1X point will be credited to Members' accounts on or before 30 April 2025.
    2. Exclusive $100 SOGO eCash Coupons: During the promotion period, Members of AJISAI and KIKU or above tier can receive a $50 Beauty eCash Coupon and a $50 Designated Counters eCash Coupon upon accumulated purchase of $2,500 (maximum 2 sales memos) on the same day. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the eCoupon.
  8. Regarding Member Redemption Offer:
    1. During the promotion period, Members can receive a “Limited Edition Lucky Cat Key Chain Redemption eCoupon” upon any same-day purchase at SOGO, or binding the BOC SOGO Visa card with SOGO Reward mobile app for the first time. With the eCoupon, Members can redeem a free limited edition lucky cat key chain at G/F, Old Wing, SOGO Causeway Bay store or at the main entrance of SOGO Kai Tak store. Quantity is limited, while stocks last. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the eCoupon.
  9. Regarding “Selected-Members-Exclusive The Twins 1 Hour Free Parking Offer”:
    1. During the promotion period, Members of AJISAI and KIKU or above tier can enjoy 1 hour free parking per day at The Twins.
    2. The offer can be redeemed at G/F Concierge, Tower I, The Twins. For details and terms, please refer to the “Limited-Time Offers” section of the SOGO Rewards mobile app.
  10. Regarding Spring Redemption at the SOGO Causeway Bay store and Kai Tak store:
    1. Spring Redemption at the SOGO Causeway Bay and Kai Tak store: Members shall present their membership cards in the SOGO Rewards mobile app or WeChat mini program, along with the eligible physical original receipt(s) showing their membership number and same-day accumulated net spending. For every spending of $1,200 during SOGO Rewards Days, a Member may redeem one (1) item at the Member-exclusive rate. Each Member can redeem two (2) of the same Member-exclusive rate items per day, per set of receipts and per membership number, for a maximum of eight (8) items.
    2. The Spring Redemption counter located at SOGO CLUB on the 16/F of SOGO Causeway Bay store and the 9/F of SOGO Kai Tak store.
    3. All items/gifts are available while stocks last. Receipts for cancelled or returned transactions are not eligible for this offer.
    4. Customers who purchase alcoholic products must be above the age of 18.
    5. SOGO Rewards points cannot be earned from redeemed items.
    6. Other promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any redeemed items (including BOC SOGO Visa Card year-round 5% cash rebate at designated merchants).

  11. Retroactive claiming of points will not be allowed for transactions where no membership number was provided before payment; in this case, all eligible points will be forfeited. Transactions for retroactive claiming of points are not valid for this promotion.
