Free Delivery Service

To provide a convenient and flexible shopping experience at Freshmart, our delivery crews sincerely deliver your goods to your home if you purchase over HK$600.

Upon single purchase of HK$600 or above at SOGO Freshmart, customers can enjoy free delivery service.

District	Time
Hong Kong Island (except outlying island)	Goods will be delivered during office hours (10am to 6pm) within 3 to 7 days. Final delivery date is subjected to actual situation.
Kowloon & New Territories	Goods will be delivered during office hours (10am to 6pm) within 3 to 7 days. Final delivery date is subjected to actual situation.
Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay	Goods will be delivered on Friday (10am to 6pm).

Terms & Conditions:

Delivery of frozen, perishable and fresh items is not available.
A surcharge of HK$50 would be applied for those delivery addresses without elevator.
A tunnel surcharge of HK$170 would be applied for delivery to Discovery Bay.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted on the delivery date, delivery will be re-scheduled.
Delivery date may be re-scheduled during festive seasons/and promotion period of our store.
Delivery for purchase below HK$600, a service charge of HK$50 would be required.
A redelivery charge of HK$90 will be applied in case of second delivery is needed for any reasons.
SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited reserves all the rights to alter the delivery service terms and conditions without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited reserves the rights of final decision.
SOGO and its affiliates, staffs, dealers and any engaged third parties shall not be liable to (i) any losses or damages of the delivered good; or (ii) the goods being contaminated due to any person or reason which is either not suitable for human consumption or affect the health of consumers causing personal injuries and death, both of which arising from the customer’s request to deliver the goods to the door of designated address unattended, or have the goods received by the designated management office of the building on behalf of the customers.
